Staying at Sedrah in Irbid was a pleasant experience for my family and me during our vacation. After a long day of driving, we were welcomed by a polite and professional staff who quickly accommodated our needs. The highlight was when we ordered dinner from a local restaurant. The staff went out of their way to deliver it right to our room and even managed the change seamlessly, which we truly appreciated. Our accommodation was spacious, perfect for a family of four, and the cleanliness of the rooms was noticeable. While the hotel is conveniently located near shops, we did find the bright signs from the juice shop across the street a bit distracting from our low-floor room. An unexpected perk was the security. We felt at ease with our rental car parked in their secure on-site garage. the staff were very accommodating when we requested to have an extra guest join us for the night. Sedrah provided a welcoming environment that families will find comfortable and convenient. I'd recommend it for those looking for a stress-free stay.
